Nous avons �t� attentifs et rigoureux dans sa r�daction pour qu'il soit une v�ritable aide pour le chirurgien plasticien ou tout autre chirurgien servant en situation humanitaire ou pr�caire et souvent confront� � cette chirurgie difficile des s�quelles de br�lures. This book is eminently surgical, it is built around a very rich iconography constructed during ail these years. Indications and surgical techniques are set out and their effectiveness is demonstrated by the follow up of children undergoing surgery. Without forgetting to warn about pr�cautions and pos- sible complications, it is a real advocating for flaps. we wanted a book that is easy to consult, organized by anatomical regions and where the concise text relates directly to the image. We were careful and rigorous in its writing so that it would be a real help for the plastic surgeon or any other surgeon serving in humanitarian or precarious situations and often confronted with this difficult surgery of the after-effects of burns.
